White Bridge Care believe in providing top-quality, skilled, and professional person centered care to ensure people under our care and their families are achieving positive outcomes. Individual care plans are drawn up for clients focussing on their holistic care needs. We are very experienced in dealing with families and helping families adapt to the process of their loved one needing care. We are aware that this can be a very difficult and stressful time for both family members and the person needing the care and can sometimes be frustrating and upsetting. We are there to offer help and advice, and to support all members of the family that are involved in the process. All our clients are given a rota every week with their allocated time and named carer so that they know every day who is visiting them and what time.
